The Cemetery Of Forgotten Books by Carlos Ruiz Zafon

Subterranean Press, 2011- 2019

To say Cemetery of Forgotten Books is one of my favorites will be an understatement.
There are no books that moved, inspired, made me feel or engaged me probably since the first time I have read Alexander Dumas or Jules Verne as a child.
While Shadow Of The Wind was simply amazing when it first came out, The Labyrinth is all that times three in my opinion and now stands as my favorite novel of all time.
The Shadow Of The Wind is by far one of most beautiful and special editions ever made by SP - the next three books were completely different, leather bound with leather traycases instead of hand bound with Japanese silk.

Interesting to point out that The Labyrinth pays homage to book one in terms of color - and all these books are just spectacular together in person!
